Making sure they reach their destination with minimal jostling, and that they’re comfortable with using this ride option again.

One of the biggest considerations needs to be the door of the vehicle. For example, it must be wide enough that an individual can enter with ease, and leave with ease. Additionally, navigation inside the vehicle needs to be relatively easy. How well can the passengers get to their seats? How easy is it for them to exit the vehicles?
