Product Ordering
Looking for an item we do not have in stock? Bonerattle Music can special orders items for our customers. For a small deposit fee we can order an item that is available to us & ship it anywhere in Canada (sorry, no US or Foreign orders). Contact us in-store, by phone or via e-mail to place an order.

14 Day Exchange/Return Policy
Items purchased from Bonerattle Music all have a 14 day return/exchange policy, provided the item is in the same condition as when purchased and it includes its original packaging. Some items are subject to a restocking fee & there are no returns on Harmonicas or Flutes for hygienic reasons.

Layaway
Bonerattle Music offers a product layaway option if you wish to purchase an item by paying in installments. Our policy requires a 15% deposit on the value of the item you wish to purchase. We will hold the item until it is paid for.

Consignment
Are you in a local band? We are committed to promoting your gigs, help get your music listened to and sell your merchandise! We consign local artists CD's and T-shirts, and play your music in our shop.
We sell some instruments on consignment for customers for a 20% fee.
We also buy used instruments and accept trade-ins. Bring your instrument on a day when our guitar technician is in and he can appraise your item or buy it from you directly. Ask for Graeme.
